In this post, I will include the best 25 cases I found during my researches.

As a reporter I want a case that is secure as it looks good. I've tried the Otterbox, contour sideshow, metal cases, wave, incase, and a few generics. All have failed in one way or another... bulk, ripping rubber, signal loss, lack of grip, etc.
I don't have time to mess around with fixes, or worries about drops. So after hundreds of dollars; let me save you the hassel.
Switcheasy Rebel Serpent! The screen protector it comes with works great, it's slim, good grip, and fits in pocket or my contour clip. Great case... I wish someone would have saved me the time and money.
The best two iPhone 3g/3gScases are without a doubt the speck candyshell and the rebel serpent. Others have all disappointed, get either one and you will be satisfied.
The best iPhone case is the new Quattro T4 case from IvySkin. I had their Xylo T3 for my original iPhone and just upgraded to 3GS and purchased T4 glass touch screen case. This case is amazing. There is noting like it on the market and it actually works.

I've been using the Quattro T4 for 3 weeks now and I really like this case. The protection, the feel, and the awesome GLASS screen is great. The sensitivity works extremely well to the touch. It's worth the money.

I bought the T4 ivyskin case after going through an incredible number of cases. I wanted a touch through screen shield and a durable case...I got one! I've been using it for couple of weeks and all I have to say about it is an all around +++ points. Love the glass screen guard.

The best iPhone 3GS case is the Otter box, hands down. If you have a friend with that case, ask them to borrow their phone and you'll see what I mean. It may not be the flashiest or most stylish of cases, but it does a good job at protecting the phone from damage. A guy from the AT&T store even showed me how powerful the case was by dropping his own phone with the result being that there was no damage done.
I'm a gadget guy, and have tried to find the best case for my iPhone. IvySkin's SmartCase by far surpasses all other cases, I've bought otterbox, mjuice, iskin just to name a few. The first thing is the case protects the entire phone. Even the touch screen is protected not with a flimsy screen protector either its a small glass protector. Now the addition of the battery pack, just makes the case 500% better. You get to use your phone all day with not too much added bulkiness or weight. I highly recommend it.
Just be sure to remember.... if you plan on docking your iPhone, get a case that allows access to the ports on the bottom. Otherwise, you may be breaking your new case trying to remove it every time you need to dock.
I love my Iphone 4 alot, but this reception problem Im having is really becoming a hassle. I hope Apple would give us a free bumper. If they do not handle this issue its really going to damage their reputation.

my ifrogz case broke pretty easily after a couple short drops. and the case bottom doesn't hold on very well anyways. i wouldn't recommend it.

When picking a case, keep in mind that hard plastic cases are much more protective than rubber cases.

I forgot to mention that I use ifrogz two piece soft case. It does allow easy access to the docking port.
