This tool should be added to your list….it has amazing real time charts updated with sliders and comparison sliders. It also has overlays, and heatmaps.

I suggest Apache Logs Viewer. It’s a free windows utility that can view and analyze apache log files. You can filter by IP Address and/or status code.

You can also generate bar/pie charts on the fly. Some interesting statistics can be computed to give you a better perspective of your website.
