I think this is a great list, but I would have liked to hear some of your opinions on them. Anyone can go find these tools themselves without this post, the post is worth more when it’s your opinion rather than just some screenshots and a link.

I suggest Apache Logs Viewer. It’s a free windows utility that can view and analyze apache log files. You can filter by IP Address and/or status code.
You can also generate bar/pie charts on the fly. Some interesting statistics can be computed to give you a better perspective of your website.
