@All: Thank you guys i appreciate it so much!
It was a very busy period for me but now i get back in the game :)
@Stefano, Salmen: grazie ragazzi!
Having a business card that stands out from the crowd is powerful, especially if ties into your business. One of my favorites is a plant growing out of the business card…probably very expensive but effective.
I agree, some of these creative business cards can be very expensive, but you cannot discount the importance of leaving a lasting impression. It is really important to find a balance between cost and effectiveness.
Ya know, while these are really pleasing to the eye, memorable, and makes you stand out in a crowd… they are not cheap. A successful business starts with business cards – and to be successful you can’t just go dishing out hundreds of dollars on expensive business card. When I was in school one of the best things ever told to me was KISS (keep it simple stupid). I think the same thing applies here. Stick with the cheap (but good) business card providers like http://www.123print.com/Business-Cards .
These are really cool! I agree that they are not cheap but compared to other promotional mediums like pens, keychains, etc. they are much more effective. I would stay away from cheap services, you get what you pay for. Working at a print shop that prints plastic business cards I have received samples from many vendors including 123print and have to say that their quality is lacking when it comes to plastic. Most of these companies don’t actually print your cards, they are outsourced overseas where they cut corners, use cheaper materials, and overall leave you with a less desirable product. Alot of our customers have been burned by another company before they order with us. I’m sure the same thing can be said for paper printing companies.
